Spelling Rules (+ing)
1. Normal
Just add -ing.

The Verb "Have"
"Have" has two meanings. Be careful!
1. Possession (Own)
NO -ING! Use Present Simple.

2. Action (Activity)
YES -ING! Use Continuous.
✅ I am having breakfast. (Eating)✅ She is having a shower. (Washing)
